Press H for ASK FOR HELP while downed. To rescue a teammate, follow your own needs help prompt: press G when it displays (G). A successful pull returns them to a platform. Rescue Rope has a 250-Coin Equipment unlock and a separate 30-Robux permanent reusable-rope pass. BUY SELF-RESCUE displays 24 Robux; Halloween Pack separately grants one free self-revive per run until October 31, 2026.
Ask for Help While Downed
When YOU'RE DOWN appears and you're floating in the water, press H to use ASK FOR HELP. A teammate on a platform can pull you back.
The downed menu also offers:
- BUY SELF-RESCUE: opens the paid offer described under self-rescue options.
- B — BLEED OUT: selects the option to give up.
Pull a Teammate Back to a Platform
- Stay on a platform and look for your teammate's needs help prompt.
- Press the key shown in that prompt. When it reads needs help (G), press G.
- After the pull succeeds, your teammate returns to a platform and can continue.
The downed player's instructions say a teammate can press E to pull them back, while the rescuer's needs help prompt uses G. When performing the rescue, follow the prompt on your own screen.
Rescue Rope extends your reach when a downed teammate is farther from the platform. Its unlock options are explained below. Once everyone is back on a platform, use the platform route guide for crossing instructions.
Unlock Rescue Rope and Understand Its Upgrades
To unlock Rescue Rope with Coins, open the purple Equipment stall in the lobby and select Rescue Rope. The unlock costs 250 Coins.

Choose the Equipment route if you want to spend in-game currency. Choose the game pass for its permanent reusable-rope entitlement.
Rescue upgrades
These upgrades improve different parts of a rescue:
- Rescue Speed reduces teammate pull time. Level 0 lists 3.0 seconds; the level-1 preview is 2.8 seconds, costing 150 Coins.
- Rope Reach increases rope throw distance. Level 0 lists 12 studs; the level-1 preview is 14 studs. Unlock Rescue Rope before purchasing Rope Reach upgrades.
Regular upgrades are permanent and must be purchased in order. Favor Rescue Speed when you want shorter pulls, or Rope Reach when you need more distance. See the regular upgrade guide for the upgrade menu and purchase rules.
Max Rescue Speed and Max Rope Reach each cost 150 Robux and permanently grant level 3/3 in their named upgrade. Their stated benefits are upgrade levels; the Rescue Rope pass provides the rope unlock. See the game-pass directory to compare those purchases.
Paid Self-Rescue and the Halloween Allowance
While downed and floating in the water, select BUY SELF-RESCUE to open the paid offer. The button displays a price of 24 Robux.
Separately, owning Halloween Pack grants one free self-revive per run until October 31, 2026. This allowance is a temporary pack benefit.
